  • Honor agreed-upon timelines and project specifications

Payments and Fees

Studio CAN HK may charge service fees for platform usage and project facilitation. All fees will be clearly communicated before any transaction. Payment terms are established directly between designers and clients, with Studio CAN HK acting as a facilitator.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Studio CAN HK platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Studio CAN HK or its licensors. Work created by designers remains the intellectual property of the designer until transfer of rights is agreed upon with the client.

Limitation of Liability

Studio CAN HK acts as a platform facilitator and is not liable for disputes between designers and clients, quality of work delivered, or project outcomes. We make no warranties regarding the services provided through our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting us.
